Shelf life / storage Our Habanero whips belong to the shelf stable sausage product group and can be stored unrefrigerated until the printed best before date. However, shrink-wrapped packaging should be stored in a cool, dark place. After opening the package, you can hang the whisks in a ventilated place. The sausages dry out in the process.
Suggested use: In the kitchen, cut into thin slices, they can be used as a spicy pizza topping or as a topping on bread. Cut into small pieces, they also go wonderfully in soups or casseroles.
