DESCRIPTION The ripe fruit has an intense golden yellow color with shades tending to orange. Its degree of spiciness does not exceed 3000 SHU.
The Erotico pepper is characterized by its intense fruity/vegetal note with floral reminiscences reminiscent of orange blossom and bitter orange zest. It is excellent for enhancing the flavor of goat or pecorino cheeses and goes wonderfully with preparations based on molluscs and crustaceans or on a fish carpaccio. It is also perfect in combination with white meats, boiled beef, stewed fish, vegetable stews, quiches and is very tasty on strawberry ice cream.
